While setting the price list as zoho books has the MRP & GST details of the item whill it auto calculate the pre gst price for that item and separately show the gst amount in order & invoice.

Secondly will it give me a variance amount which i need to claim from the supplier. below is an example.

Say the product MRP is 100 and gst is 5% and my purchase price including gst is Rs 75 ( Pre GST71.43 + 3.57 GST) and my margin while selling the product is 10% on pre gst (78.57).

However the supplier say for a particular customer we need to sell the product at 35% discount on MRP i.e Rs 65 (Pre gst 61.90 + Gst 3.10) will i get a variance report where in i will know i was supposed to sell that product at 78.57 pre gst price but sold it at 61.90 so that i can claim the difference amount from supplier after completion of the sale.

One more question while taking an inward does Zoho lock the item if there is any purchase price difference even if its 1 paisa so that the amin can review and set the selling price accordingly. will admin get an email alert.
