I personally really like what I am seeing so far as to what you have achieved with Marketing Automation.

We have a small feedback - when creating Lists and Segments based on criteria, the criteria available at the moment are "is", "isn't". We would like to also have "contain", "does not contain" as we sync some multi-choice fields from CRM.
