
Try this today:
Enable abandoned cart emails in Zoho Commerce and set up a friendly reminder that goes out within 24 hours.
Steps:
In your Zoho Commerce web app, go to Settings –> Email Notifications –> Abandoned Cart –> Enable.
If it's already enabled, you can view the carts that are abandoned by going to the Sales menu in the left pane –> Click the Carts module –> Click the Abandoned tab.
If you'd like to trigger the email again, click the email you want to resend in the Abandoned tab –> Click Send Again.
When customers take action from your email and complete the purchase, you can find them in the Recovered tab in the Carts module.
