Marking Tasks as complete on mobile

Marking Tasks as complete on the mobile apps is too easy to do by mistake. Is there any way to remove the checkbox next to the name and put it somewhere where its less likely to be pressed accidentally? I am sure I am not the only one with big fingers out there...
This creates a real hassle as hitting complete by mistake can result in missing a key task, so this is a real big issue in my opinion.
