Suggestion:
1) Allow "no notification" as an option. Also allow 5 min or 10 min as options for meeting reminder.
2) Sometimes, users are traveling. So, send notice to their emial would be no use. All send notice to other emails like the email associated with cell phone. To do this, the User section needs to expend and other emial fields need to be added.
