I want to book meeting rooms from Zoho Calendar. The meeting room is managed by a thirdparty application which has API's available

Work flow required as follows :

User Open Zoho Calnder

Select the Meeting Room from new booking

Select the meeting room and timings

add recipients and Click submit 

This should trigger a API call to post the booking schedule to the room booking system 

Is this possible with Zoho Calendar / Zoho Mail
