Hi Zoho community,

May you please clarify why other users can be mentioned in a 1:1 conversation. While this indeed will not work, it is still doable hence it is causing confusion to some of our users.

Is there a way for us to modify and turn off the ability to mention other users in an 1:1 conversation?
