I need help on writer. Hope this group is the right one as well.

I have a merge template created in Writer using Superuser, and I will require the team members to just run the merge filtering records, say using a quotation or invoice number that is already generated and stored in the Bigin pipeline.

Team members will not be editing, basically, they will execute merge. Some of them use domain email and some use gmail accounts.
