Does someone know how to disable the message "Given URL blocked for this team. Try after sometime."?

This is very annoying. Zoho told me this occurs when more than 50 mouseclicks are done in 2 minutes. Sprints gets blocked for one hour.

This really harms the progress in our team. Not being able to disable this message or shortening the time of hour will result in a switch to a different system.
