I just started using this service 2 days back I have total 5 emails all the emails are showing message status like replied, forwarded  except 1 email its not showing the status at all.

What could be the reason?

Another issues is 2 of my email has over 20gb of data it has been 2 days how the data has not migrated is this normal?
