Microsoft outlook integration

there is a error or i would say technical glitch...when i have some candidate sending me an email resume attachment through email their email appears like this in the outlook... dhanasekar.arumugam@gmail.com each time i try to add candidates through outlook with email in this format it picks up the 2nd part of the email ( applyonline@dice.com) and keep giving me a message that "a selected item already added in the zoho recruit. Do you overwrite?" On the contrary it should select the first part of the email...i am sure you guys have not thought of this.
