Is there an option to migrate from a @gmail.com account?

The following instructions  https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/gsuite-to-zoho-mail-migration.html looks like this is only applicable for Gsuite (payed account) . Is that true? If not, how do I enable API access for my Gmail account?
