Hello There,

I'm trying to migrate from GoDaddy office 265 to Zoho mail but I couldn't get it to work. 

I've tried all migration options in the Zoho Mail Control Panel: Office 365, POP, IMAO and even Microsoft Exchange without any succuss. I get errors like: "Invalid User Details" or "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password". It seems that GoDaddy adds an additional layer of authentication portal for signing-in that blocks Zoho migration tool from getting access to the mail.

Note: There is a possible solution here but apparently GoDaddy is not allowing access to https://admin.microsoft.com/ so I couldn't try that but I did enabled SMTP Authentication from GoDaddy dashboard. Also please note that I can access. to https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com/ and https://portal.azure.com/ if that matter.
