I have tried everything I can think of but still I cannot migrate my emails to Gsuite. I have contacted Zoho support twice now and had no response.

1. have added google range of IP's to my account

2. used an app specific (and original) password

3. imap is enabled

and yet I still cannot start the Gsuite migration process.
