I have an interesting situation, I would like to share it with the community.

I have a client who needs to migrate a Zoho One to another Zoho One, I also need to migrate the users.

The problem I face is that the users' email domain is authenticated in Zoho with the email hosting option.

Which procedure should I do first?

Do I need to migrate the domain or users? what is the first procedure?

Do I deactivate hosting and domain and add it to the new Zoho One? and the emails will be lost?

Could this be a migration to be done by Zoho's backend?
