I successfully imported emails from my gmail account to my Zoho domain email yuki@xxx.com

When I check the email account on the mobile app, the folders are there. But, when I open on a windows desktop, the emails and folders have not shown up, no folders migrated over. It only migrated to the email app.

Any idea how to fix? first 2 pics of my mobile app with lots of folders and emails, 3 pic of my desktop inbox - no folders or emails
