My company has been making use of Zoho Mail for last 4 months. However after using the platform and as intuitive as it is, we are finding challenges around utilising an online cloud storage service as well as the added extras i.e as you have with Google apps.

My question is as follows.

1. What is the migration process in detail?

2. Once we are migrated can we utilise the same email addresses, integrate them with our other Zoho apps, like CRM and Books etc and still have access to those accounts as normal?
