Migration Adds Server & Account (Occasionally), But No Mail Moves After 'Start' Is Selected

Hi guys, been trying to figure out how to fix this all night and early today. I've been having a real difficult time getting my domain hosted Outlook mail to migrate over to Zoho.

I've tried IMAP with
Server name: imap-mail.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

And providing login details. Several times it rejected it with the phrase "Authentication details provided was rejected by Source server. Kindly provide valid username and password.", but I was able to login to the old email just fine. When a Google search revealed that it may be getting blocked by 'Recent Activity', I went in and approved it. This allowed the email to be 'added', however when I start migration...nothing moves after a few hours.

I then tried POP with
pop-mail.outlook.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL

And now again it's rejecting my login info although said information is correct for login.

I'm running out of options here and this is beginning to become frustrating. Please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.
