MIgration from Gmail

Iam not able to migrate a gmail account to ZOHO, it keeps telling user incorrect when i entered the correct details and i tried both pop and imap. Please support. POP and IMAP are both activated in my gmail account.

Kindly note that i was able to successfully import from another pop address, i have problem only with gmail account importing.
