migration -Unable to connect to server

Please forgive me if this is a duplicate post. I am going through the interface learning curve.

Here is my problem:

I have added and verified the correct information for my migration server. When adding an account to migrate mail, I received the error "Unable to connect to server".

I see on previous post that this is probably due to my SSL and the solution is to add my SSL cert to Zoho's allowed list.

Could someone do that for me or tell me what the problem is and how to fix it if that's not the problem.

Also, I am not clear on support hours. I see phone support 24 hours a day M-F for paid subscribers.  Is the ANY kind of support on the weekends or are we just SOL if there is a problem on a weekend?
