4 finished but 3 where taking really long because they had "TRASH" folders which I forgot to exclude migrating.  So I logged into the accounts and deleted the trash.  But now the migrations seem to be making no further progress.

Should I abort the migration and restart ?  Do I have to remove the account and recreate them to do this ? 

Perhaps deleting the emails didn't help the migration and it is still processing the original list but since the emails are gone it is just looking like nothing is happening ?

Not sure safest way to proceed.
