Milestones and Archiving in ZP3
Prasanna can you please explain again? How do these differ: open versus completed/closed versus archived? As to visibility, searchability, modifiability.
I don't see a pattern. For example, when I mark a task as completed, sometimes it shows up within the show all status tasks filter; sometimes it does not. More predictably, it seems always possible to find things via search. What is the difference between completed and closed; if they are the same shouldn't you use one term consistently?
(Maybe it's something like this: open tasks will show up on default tasks filter; closed tasks will or should show up upon changing the filter to all (or closed) status; archived tasks will show up only via search (and deleted will not show up by any means). I hope you can explain it better.
