Missing an overall reports/view across all projects AND all

We are managing few projects that are sharing the same resources. To better manage resources time, we need to have a report or a view that ahows all tasks and milestones for all users in all the projects.

"My Home" page provides some of this functionality, but only for the logged in user. When selecting to view "By Users", and option for "All users" will provide the required functionality.
