Definitely need the ability to create data in the mobile app. The mobile app is (primarily) a viewing application. It needs to be a mobile version of the ATS. Also, calls made through the mobile app need to have the ability to be logged to the candidate/contact record (Outgoing and Incoming). Calls also need to be able to be related to a specific Job Opening (which would then also relate the activity to a client record).
