Mobile number already exists

So I am completely lost at what is happening. I am locked out of my zoho mail account because my mobile number already exists. I am not making a second account. I am merely trying to sign in to my main account. So then I can verify my domain name. 
This is the most complicated paid service I have seen. Can anyone tell me what is happening here.

What has happened is that my DNS verification is pending. Now I am trying to login to my zoho main control panel to verify my domain name but I can not login.
