Modern email & Outlook integration
The email integration, specifically for adding our company owned email (not Zoho email), is unfortunately not at the same standard as competitors. There is also NO compatibility for outlook 2016. Currently we are in the process of looking at alternative Recruitment CRM systems that provide us with the following: 1. Proper email integration with zoho, so all messages are not marked as 'Read' in our outlook software - We have had to turn these feature off because of this on-going issue. 2. An Outlook plug-in for the 2016 version of the software, which is long overdue. 3. An ability to synchronise tasks and calendar information with Outlook so we receive notifications on the desktop for calls and other tasks. As a growing business we actively need these features RIGHT NOW. Inevitably we will have to cancel out Zoho membership if none of these are to be added.
