I was wondering if it was possible to "convert" into different modules. For example, as I receive leads and follow the life of that person I would like to move them to a "waiting list" module and then once they become a patient into the "patients" module and then eventually as a "no longer a patient" module. Is this possible?

Or can you suggest a better way of doing so? We are an online therapy business and are looking for ways to track the leads we receive, and see how many patients actually become patients, how many want to be added to the waiting list, etc. etc.
