More field options for the Recruiter's kit

Hello,

For the candidate's assessment, we can create a form with different type of fields (multi-select, radio, and so on..).
Why can't w have that for the Recruiter's kit assessment too?

When we conduct an interview (pre-screening, or however you call it), each recruiter can have an interest for a specific type of field/question.

A text field with a stars rating is not enough to cover all the possibilities. Please, let your users choose the best for them.

As an example, I would love to be able, in the recruiter's kit, add a multi-select field when I ask the tools the candidate is used to work with. So in the list, I just would have to select them, instead of typing them each time in a text field..
