Have a few more questions before subscribing to the paid version

1. Until our own web site comes online , how we do get the candidate to view and apply to the jobs i.e 
    We want the candidate to view ONLY the Job Opening page and apply.

2. What is the URL we give to the candidate ? 

3. When our website comes on line, can we publish only the Job Opening pages and have the candidate apply from these pages.
