Multi-branding | Help Center for each Department | Cannot Hide Field with the same Field Label

I have an issue encountered for the Help Center. Our client requested to separate Help Center for two departments.
Each Department have the same Field label Description and Category.
We already enabled and configured the Multi-branding, so both departments have different Help Center now.
Scenario:
For Department 1, Description should be shown and editable in Help Center 1. Category should be hidden in Help Center 1.
For Department 2, Description should be hidden in Help Center 2. Category should be shown and editable in Help Center 2.
After successfully adding the 2 Help Center..

The problem is: When I tried to hide the Description field in Department 1, why is the setting still applies to the Department 2 Layout?? when they have their each Help Center now?
