Multiple Email Addresses for Single Customer
There's a very common use case where customers (especially end consumers rather than B2B contacts) have multiple email addresses that they use interchangeably.
Since emails are often used as the identifier for a customer, it's necessary to be able for an individual to have more than one email address associated with his or her record.
This is apparently near launch in CRM. This same functionality needs to be available in Zoho Finance, as well:
