Multiple Job Boards

I have six job categories/industries that we recruit for. What I would like is for a visitor to arrive at the Careers page, then select one of the categories/industries that is of interest to them. Having done that it will take them to a page of open jobs within the selected category/industry.

Presumably, I would have to setup six separate boards to accomplish this.

Question: how do I accomplish my objective, and how would I setup 6 separate job boards?
