Hello Zoho Community, hope you are all safe during these hard times we are living :)

I'm opening this thread to check a question related to email alias. 

Is is possible to create an alias that works for multiple accounts? Let me explain: for example, may I create an alias named market@mydomain.com.br that when an email arrives, it automatically fowards to 3 or 4 members of my organization?

I've already tried to create a group to do it, but i've noticed that the group does not work when the email is sent by an external (from our organization) user. When I send an email to the group from my personal email (which the domain is gmail.com) it doesn't work. If I send it from my zoho mail (moro@mydomain.com.br) it works just fine. Is this normal or am I facing a bug here?

If the group solution doesn't work, can't I create a internal rule that automatically fowards the incoming emails to market@mydomain.com.br to some of my users' inboxes? 

Please, help me providing a workaround to get this done. That would be fantastic!
