MX records are not pointed to Zoho Mail issues

MX records are not pointed to Zoho Mail issues

Hello, 
I have a free zoho email account and it was working fine with my registrar until recently that I stopped getting emails. 
My registrar is not very sophisticated and provides no support. 
I was able to log into their panel and you can only add DNS addresses, so I added the 3 mx records zoho suggests, but that is it. 
I then refreshed MX records in zoho panel and still not working. 
What am I doing wrong or do I now need a hosting service?
