I recently reached out to support for help with my email sending but not receiving.
I only use Zoho webmail and when it's finally working the IOS app.
Support replied with:
Please delete the existing MX records in your DNS manager:
dc-a3f9a0febcf8.victorymerchant.com
For the life of me I cannot find this stinking entry and I have looked everywhere twice...
Hosting (WHM) and domain reg. (1and1) are seperate...
Any help appreicated
