MX Records problem

Hello,

I'm having a problem regarding the MX Records,I am using FATCOW , i followed the steps carefully, and when i click on (MX Lookup) it says there's still a record (Check the picture attached) , i deleted all the records and added the 3 zoho records as shown in the picture.

Before i encounter this problem, i had faced another one while verifying the Domain in early step, i tried the TXT and the CNAME methods, and i faced the same problem that i am facing with MX Records, it still shows record that i already deleted, then i tried the last method, i downloaded a verification file, and uploaded it to the "root" directly, but the verification code did not show, so i moved it to the sub-directory of my domain "ctownchatter" as shown in the pic. and it worked, which is odd.

Now i am facing a problem with the MX Records, and i am pretty sure i'll face another one on the next step, i am planning to upgrade my plan, but i need help setting up the domain in the first place.

Please i need help ASAP.
