In the 'My Actions' tab it would be great if you can add the binocular view/quick view icon for candidates. 

When a recruiter is reviewing their My Actions, there is limited benefit as they need to leave the page to view a candidate before they can make a decision on the Action they want to take. 

Can you look into this?
