my biggest gripe

When I am using ZOHO writer and I want to edit a passage of text by using the "delete" key to go back (only on Macs), the browser understands this command as me wanting to go to the previously viewed web page. This is very frustrating. If ZOHO writer did not autosave every few moments, I would probably have turned my nice shiny laptop into a very expensive frisbee.Is there a way to disable this function? I understand this may be a browser specific issue but it is frustrating nonetheless. Can someone help please?
