My business emails are being rejected when they are sent to gmail accounts.

Hi, I am Nisha from Gasco Inc,

all emails from my business email to any gmail account are now being rejected for authorization issues. this has never happened. Our business is run through a microsoft exchange email system. I cannot reply to clients or prospects if they have a gmail account. What is going on???
