My emails are being blacklisted by some of my clients email providers
I recently lost out a MAJOR opportunity because the potential was not receiving my emails. They thought I was unresponsive and flaky. As it turns out some of my clients and potential clients email servers are not allowing email from my Zoho email (domain @backofficebetties).
This has occurred ever since we moved from Office365 to Zoho in 2016. I let it slide up until now. After losing this major opportunity and ruining my reputation I am considering leaving Zoho for my organization unless a solution can be implemented immediately so that this NEVER happens again.
