Our company recently joined Zoho. I am testing some forms. I have shared them with all users but one of my users cannot see any apps at the moment. Yesterday they could. On the App on their phone, on the forms tab it just says "Create new form".

First of all, why can they not see the forms I made that I want them to fill out. Second, I do not want them to be able to create forms, only fill them out. They downloaded the Zoho forms app, is there a different one they should use?
