Hello,

I have been using zoho for a while now and really like the tool. There are two major problem I would like to have you fix right away please. Under "My Log Calendar" and in any exported report, the time is kept in increments of 15 minutes as 1.15, 1.3, 1.45, 1.6 . The problem with this is that time should be kept as 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2 in order to properly add up all hours spent on a project. If you add 1.15 + 1.6 you get 2.75 which is 2 hours and forty five minutes but the proper math should be 1.25 + 2 you get 3.25 which is 3 hours and 15 minutes which is correct. Your method of tracking time by this .15, .3, .45, .6 has made it very difficult for is to track time and add all time spent on a project.

The second problem is that when I export time to excel the time column is not stored as a number so I get an error message in excel. If you could have the time value exported as a number field that should resolve the problem.
