My mail is blocked

Dear Zoho-Team,

I just recieved a Mail:

" Dear User,

Greetings from Zoho Mail Team.

Your email reception for the account ( viktorija.kopmane@zoho.com ) has been blocked as the mailbox storage size exceeded the allocated storage. We suggest you to clean up emails to create some space or buy additional storage. Refer the help page  Manage Mailbox Storage  for more details.

Once you have freed up at least 5% space or purchased additional storage, you can unblock yourself from the Mail Accounts section in the Settings page. Refer  here  for instructions to unblock your account. The account will not be unblocked, in case the free space is less than 5%. Please contact  support@zohomail.com , in case you need any further assistance.

The thing is - I had this problem some weeks ago, than I paid for a storage. And now I get this Mail again. I don't really get what I have to do to keep the storage. How can I unblock the mail? And is there any possibility that you just take the payment from my VISA without now and then blocking my mail? It is somehow annoying...
