My new domain are linked to other zoho account which are not mine..

I have just recently bought a new domain on GoDaddy (www.hsg-legal.com) I wanted to register for a business email on Zoho using my new domain name. But whenever I tried to enter the domain, it says that the domain is linked to another existing Zoho account. I tried contacting customer service, calling them for hours but no answer, I even email them 3 times already. So please help me on this matter. what do I do? Thank you.
