I've been trying to undertake a migration from Docs to Workdrive, and I have just found out that I have no Super Admin! I know which one I named it as, but now all I have is one 'admin' and one 'user'. I've been going through problems with Zoho almost since the day I started using it, and I am getting to the point where I am going to leave and go to Google. As much as I don't want to give them my business, I estimate I've now spent about half a week trying to solve problems that shouldn't be problems, and that you should be resolving a lot quicker when they arise. In fact, I now find the SPF status on my domain is not verified, despite having gone through this months ago! This really is poor.
