My sheets

Can I possibly undo a change on one of 'my sheets' that another user I have shared it with has made? Also, if I share one of 'my sheets' with multiple users, can I see who made what changes? I want to be able to combat against the possibility of a user I am sharing a document with making accidental or incorrect changes and corrupting the data for all. Thank you.
