My Tasks needs smarter discovery

As I'm involved in more projects, I'm finding that the My Tasks area is maddeningly frustrating to use. Points of issue:
  1. It's actually showing me task lists, not just tasks (not a problem in-and-of itself, but leads to #2 and #3)
  2. The task lists also include OTHER people's tasks, not just my own, with no way to filter them out
  3. The task lists are not grouped by project, but instead are in some order that isn't made apparent and seems random
When I log in for the morning to see what needs to be done, I feel like I have to do a Where's Waldo on tasks that are mine, with real attention given to what is most important or due soonest.
