Some of my coworkers sent emails, but I didn't receive them. When they send to my Gmail I can receive the email. Why am I not receiving emails from some people? I'm not receiving Important emails from them, and this is interfering with our communication.

Also, if I send an email to someone who has never communicated with my email, my email goes to spam. Why did my email go to spam?

I'm having trouble communicating using this email.
