Name Field includes a comma after every input (Title, First, Middle, Last)

Name Field includes a comma after every input (Title, First, Middle, Last)

Name field is treated the same way as the Address field wherein every field should include a comma after it.. kindly remove this feature ASAP since it's not applicable to names at all..
