Name on Email View

Name on Email View

Hi There.

Does anybody know how you can change the name displayed to the left of the inbox tab in email. For example in the zoho advert it says Patrica Boyle and next to it patricab@company.example - does anybody know how I can change this name. I have tried changing the nickname but this does nothing. Please see example!!!
